Bally’s Interactive is searching for an experienced Manager of Production and Content to collaborate on our video production efforts. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in multimedia production, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable content. The Manager of Production and Content will report directly to the Executive Director of Production and Content and will be responsible for all aspects of production, including video editing, motion graphics creation, content development, managing MCR duties and other tasks as necessary.
- Planning and executing multimedia production projects, as one of the primary creators and producers of all content.
- Managing the video editing process, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Overseeing the creation of still and motion graphics, personally handling graphic design and animation tasks.
- Formulating and communicating clear goals and objectives, tracking progress and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate production schedules, resource allocation, and project workflows.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in multimedia production, seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Monitoring audience feedback, ratings, and trends to inform programming decisions and optimize content strategy.
- Running MCR duties and handle other tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operation of broadcast activities.
- Be proficient in film, television production, communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience in television production, with a background in video editing and motion graphics creation.
- Experience in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Avid Media Composer
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating still and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, and HTML5 graphics platforms.
- Show familiarity with data driven systems and the data integration process.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibit leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus a yearly bonus.
