The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining loan servicing and reporting systems, as well as leading, developing or performing sophisticated data analysis and data management.
- Develops and presents accurate and relevant data analysis
- Writes scripts and stored procedures
- Develops and maintains data transformations
- Provides technical support and quality assurance for Data Analyst I - III positions
- Design, rollout, and maintain testing and audit procedures
- Leads system testing
- Leads and/or implements data conversions, including but not limited to project management, data mapping and validation, and release support
- Ensures compliance by performing or leading system and/or user audits
- Develops and leads training for software updates and portfolio conversions
- Provides on call support for loan servicing and reporting systems
- Finishes the required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

- High School Diploma
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
- MS SQL knowledge required (versions 2012 or forward) including basic SSIS
- Crystal Reports knowledge preferred
- Intermediate TSQL skills required
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data
- Ability to make timely and accurate decisions in an often autonomous and stressful environment
- Intermediate Hyperion IR or related querying software skills preferred
- Technical writing skills preferred
