Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing vendor retailer website accounts where we sell dropship products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce marketing and online shopping. This position requires the candidate to serve as the key POC for regional sales in the U.S. and work closely with team members in China and the Philippines who are on the same retailer accounts. The candidate will frequently hold meetings during Asia working hours to coordinate efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Development Department to provide consumer insights from your managed retailer accounts as part of market research.
- Create high-quality new listing content and improve current listing pages and conversion rates, including implementing SEO strategies suitable for the client site algorithm.
- Direct product photo shoots and create infographic guidelines to enhance product listing page conversion rates.
- Monitor product page review scores, track and address negative reviews to maintain a positive product image, and implement strategies to improve overall customer feedback.
- Analyze historical data and understand product margins to build comprehensive marketing plans, plan promotional event marketing dollars, and drive sales growth.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and monitor client front-end price messaging during promotional events to ensure funded promo dollars are applied correctly.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to forecast initial orders for new items and work on replenishment strategies for top-featured items to ensure continuous stock availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in E-commerce marketing and the online shopping field.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and product content management.
- Proficient in data analysis and using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with review management and customer feedback strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with vendor retailer platforms and knowledge of the home goods industry is nice to have.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Skills in photo design, data analytics, and website programming are a plus.
- Mandarin can be useful but is not necessary.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
