We are seeking a qualified Research Coordinator to join our team for psychiatric studies under the guidance of a renowned psychiatrist.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)
- APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
- Master’s/doctor in psychology
- MD (Doctor of Medicine) with USMLE
- Other similar qualifications
Requirements:
- Physically located in or willing to relocate to Maryland
- Legally allowed to work in the USA
- Ability to work collaboratively with research teams and study participants
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic research environments
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Experience in psychiatric or psychological research, preferably with Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials
- Proficiency in data management and analysis software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of clinical trial phases, research methodologies, and regulatory requirements, including IRB protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is preferable
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and administrative tasks
- Recruit and follow up with study participants
- Administer rating scales
- Coordinate research protocols
- Ensure compliance with IRB requirements
- Assist the Principal Investigator and Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Participate in cutting-edge Phase 2 and 3 research projects
