Responsibilities:
Our team at The Star is looking for new leadership. This team currently consists of 2 OT’s (soon to be 3), 6 PSS, and 8 full-time PT’s. Our ortho team serves the general population while our sports clinicians offer care to our high school, college and professional athletes. This team is full of big personalities and passion. The Center Manager will be responsible for treating a slightly reduced caseload, maintaining / further developing relationships with other entities in the building such as Sports Academy, BSWIR physicians, OAD physicians, Blue Star Imaging, and more. This clinic will continue to grow in size and volume. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of previous management experience. OCS or SCS preferred.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required) -
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
