CSC is a fast-growing small business construction company and we are seeking an Office Assistant for our Jacksonville location. Your role will encompass various functions of support within the company and you will serve as a versatile and valued professional member of our team.
Job summary:
· Answer and route phone calls; take messages as needed.
· Receive mail and deliveries.
· Manage supplies inventory and order supplies
· Make travel arrangements
· Support accounting, HR and project admin departments.
· Assist project managers and project teams with document distribution, filing, scanning, copying, etc.
· Request and assemble quotes from vendors.
· Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and services to the project.
· Other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· At least 1 year office experience, construction preferred.
· Human Resource and Accounting experience.
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
· Desire and ability to work mostly autonomously.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs under deadlines.
· Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks)
· Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures (file maintenance, record keeping).
· Ability to see assigned tasks to completion.
