Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to schedule appointments for the sales team
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and promote our offerings
- Market our products/services through engaging conversations
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of scheduled appointments
Skills:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Excellent communication skills to convey product/service information effectively
- Knowledge of marketing principles to promote offerings during calls
- Experience in warm calling and telemarketing techniques
- Familiarity with software tools for lead management and appointment scheduling
- Understanding of business development strategies
- Background in inside sales or appointment setting would be advantageous
