**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Front Desk Sales Associate**. This part-time role, requiring a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys engaging with people. Ideal candidates will be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service & Hospitality:** Provide exceptional service and hospitality to our clients, fostering strong relationships and creating a welcoming studio environment.
- **Sales & Membership Growth:** Assist in developing and implementing strategies to sustain and improve client retention. Promote memberships, retail products, and services effectively.
- **Studio Support:** Aid instructors and management in ensuring a seamless class check-in process and a positive overall customer experience.
- **Studio Maintenance:** Uphold the distinct Studio BE aesthetic by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio, including exercise equipment, common areas, and retail spaces.
- **Community Building:** Contribute to a supportive and energetic community atmosphere among clients and team members.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** At least 2 years in sales and customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- **Proactivity:** Demonstrated ability to take initiative and perform tasks without direct supervision.
- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse personalities positively and professionally.
- **Customer Service Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- **Attitude:** A positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor in both phone and email communications.
- **Organization:** Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Availability:** Weekend availability is essential.
- **Physical Requirements:** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
