Sol Plaza Boutique Mall & Solomon Aghai Banquet Hall & Event Center are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated professional with bookkeeping experience, other strengths should include administrative skills, excellent at recording data, organization, and have an ability to provide clear reports.
The perfect candidate will enjoy a lively and social environment, dealing with multicultural and diverse groups of people, and possess a natural sense of hospitality.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Bookkeeper will include, but not be limited to the following:
· Produce weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
· Organize financial records
· Oversee accounts payables/receivables
· Collection of payments from mall tenants and banquet clients
· Track expenses, budgets, receipts, etc.
· Other support tasks designated by management
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
· Minimum of 2 years of professional Bookkeeping experience
· Computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G Suite and QuickBooks is a MUST as they are essential to the position
· Organized and superb attention to detail with the ability to consistently produce highly accurate work
· Outstanding communication skills
· Great time management and multitasking abilities
· Strong work ethic with initiative to tackle new platforms and ability to deal with ambiguity
· Self-starter and self-motivated; ability to assimilate instructions and work independently while keeping management and colleagues informed on project issues, options, and status
· Desire and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingual in spoken/written English & Spanish is a plus
