Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- - Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- - Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- - Perform data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- -Research and resolve inquires from customers, vendors, or team members.
- - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- - Coordinate projects and follow up on tasks
- - Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- -Perform clerical tasks as needed, for example reading/writing emails, scanning, faxing, mailing, etc.
- -Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- - Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy is required
- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- -Excellent customer service skills
- -Proficient data entry skills.
- - Experience with calendar management and project coordination is a plus
- - Knowledge of front desk procedures or medical receptionist duties is advantageous
- - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
