Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, handle various office tasks, and ensure efficient operations.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with project coordination tasks
- Perform data entry and transcribe documents accurately
- Support office management activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency in calendar management and organizing schedules
- experience in a legal office beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
