We are expanding operations to Texas, with four locations in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Our mission is to provide convenient, secure, and reliable storage solutions for residential and commercial customers. With a focus on innovation and customer service, we are committed to establishing our brand as the premier choice for portable storage in the region.
As the Multi-Unit Manager for our Texas region, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing the operations of multiple storage facilities across Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. You will be responsible for hiring and overseeing city managers for each location, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple storage facilities in the Texas region, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for inventory management, facility maintenance, and customer service to drive operational excellence across all locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess facility performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard city managers for each location, providing clear expectations and guidance for their roles.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to city managers and their teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence among all team members.
- Business Development and Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth in the Texas region, including market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, new market penetration, and partnerships to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on regional performance, market trends, and operational challenges to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the storage, retail, or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing new operations or expanding business into new regions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Texas region.
