Michael Saunders & Company is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CLOSING COORDINATOR for a busy Real Estate Office located on St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota, FL.
This is a Full-Time /Long Term position for someone who wants to work for an established, professional Company. Hour are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
In this position, you will:
- Maintain an efficient and organized office for real estate agents
- Work closely with Sales Agents
- Process closings for real estate transactions
- Multi task in the fast-paced office
Experience and skills you will need:
- Ability to be a team player
- Prior experience working as a closing/transaction coordinator is a PLUS!
- Strong computer and typing skills; Windows based, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Possess strong communication skills, with friendly phone voice and positive attitude
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under various situations
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
- Experience with Real Estate Contracts & StellarMLS preferred.
- Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
