Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
o Assist team with proving feedback on how to provide quality calls.
o Motivate team to hit hourly, daily, and monthly production expectations.
o Responsible for meeting production expectations set for Sr. Reps.
- Assistance with handling of supervisor calls
- Act as the backup point of referral to the Supervisors for any escalated accounts unable to be handled by the
Agents.
- Enforce and uphold Company policies
- Assisting with day-to-day questions from agents.
- Support Supervisor as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.

Education/Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to complete and clear background check
- Flexible hours Monday-Friday
- May work occasional evenings and Saturdays
- Must have a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork
Position Requirements:
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information including training instructions and patient bills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: The person in this position frequently communicates with consumers who have inquiries about
their bills. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Computer Skills: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy
machine, and computer printer
