Full-Time Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 pm (hours are subject to change)
Summary of the Position:
We seek a Full-Time Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate must have effective communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, able to manage and prioritize tasks in a changing environment. Demonstrate the ability to work and communicate with customers via email, in person, and by telephone. Must be a goal-oriented self-starter with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative relief functions and assist upper management in conducting the day-to-day activities.
- Develop and maintain a variety of records, logs, and files including materials of confidential nature.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Directly deal with the customers via telephone, email, in-person, and mail correspondence.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Process customer repair and delivery orders, and schedule service appointments.
- Generate and send out customer invoices. Invoice select customers using 3rd party portals.
- Process and post customer credit card payments, checks, ACH, and cash payments, and prepare bank deposits.
- Generate monthly billing, and month-end closings and reports.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending repair and overdue invoices to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts and record promise-to-pay.
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding collection issues and keep good customer relationships.

Education (required): Minimum high school diploma. Certificate in Business Communication, Office Technology, General Office, Microsoft Office, or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
