As a PCNA, your primary duties will include providing or assisting with basic patient care under the supervision of an RN, reporting abnormal findings and changes in patients’ condition and keeping patients’ rooms clean and orderly.
The ideal future caregiver is someone who:

This is an excellent opportunity for PCNAs to gain hands-on experience, advance their career, and make a positive impact on the lives of others. Cleveland Clinic will assist you by offering tuition reimbursement.
