Mission
The mission of the Sales Representative is to generate revenue and grow sustainable revenue for the Company. This is achieved through:
- Gaining new clients
- Upselling/cross-selling existing clients
- Tracking and reporting results, and maintaining knowledge.
Gaining new clients is defined as selling mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services offered by the Company to residential and commercial customers. Common tactics for obtaining new clients include door-to-door sales and cold calling.
Upselling/Cross-selling existing clients is defined as selling additional services to existing customers of the Company. Common tactics for upselling and cross-selling existing clients include face-to-face visits and warm calling via phone.
Tracking and reporting results is defined as tracking sales activities, outcomes, and customer feedback to improve strategies and report to management. Keeping accurate records of sales customer interactions, and feedback to inform future sales strategies and product developments is critical in this role.
Maintaining knowledge is defined as staying informed on sales strategies, tactics, products, and services. Ensure readiness to proactively address questions and objections.
Quotas / Scorecard

Gain 20 new residential pest control and/or mosquito control program clients per week during the months of April through September.
Gain 5 new residential holiday lighting clients per week during the months of October through December.
Gain 1 new commercial holiday lighting clients per week during the months of October through December.
- Gain 5 new commercial pest control and/or mosquito control program customers per week during the months of January through March.

As a minimum, you have: You have at least 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or door to door sales role. Experience in navigating different sales environments and customer interactions is crucial. Familiarity with sales reporting and customer relationship management tools is beneficial.
