Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.

Ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc.

Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments.

Assist servers and set up housepersons if needed.

Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management.

Maintain health and sanitation standards.

Maintain safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages.

Assist in setting tables with linen and basic silver and glass maintaining high standard of presentation.

Assist in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions.

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.

Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.

Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.

High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.

CPR training and first aid training preferred.

Additional language ability preferred.
