We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Line Cook/Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our restaurant's standards and recipes.

2+ YEARS PROVEN PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Work Days: Thurs/Fri/Sat
Expected hours: 27-30 hours per week (potential for additional hours and Full time)
Pay: $23-25 an hour depending on experience.
Requirements:
2+ years proven experience as a Lead Line Cook/Chef
- Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Duties:
- Cook food items according to recipes and portion sizes
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the supervisor
- Assist in the daily cleaning of the cooking line, prep kitchen, dish area, and prep area.
