As a member of CereCore, the Director of Talent Delivery for HCA Professional Services is responsible for using a variety of methods to source new talent while also ensuring project delivery for all CereCore MEDITECH consultants providing services to HCA and CereCore clients. This position is a client-facing role responsible for business development across HCA entities and CereCore clients. This role requires executive presence and communication skills to effectively interface and communicate with HCA leadership for new work requests and is responsible both for delivering existing projects and growing additional revenues within HCA, Parallon, affiliated entities, and CereCore clients. This position also serves as the liaison and management of over 300-500+ consultants currently delivering project work at HCA and external clients.
Additional key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with key HCA stakeholders including ITG and field-based senior leaders, and CereCore client leadership. This role will manage resource allocations, maintain and develop new approaches to talent acquisition, manage 3rd party vendors, and participate in sales opportunities critical to driving profitability and growing the business.
Key skill set for this role include, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, negotiate, and maintain solid relationships within HCA and external clients. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a healthy work environment, set direction and motivate a high-performance team will be crucial to success.
Major Responsibilities:
Client Relations/Talent Delivery
-
Collaborate with leaders to provide talent delivery for MEDITECH EHR resources through management of client relations, recruiting, staffing management, and associated processes and tools.

Work with CereCore leadership to prioritize opportunities, locate new talent, and complete the vetting process to aligning resources with the correct opportunities.
-
Build strong relationships with and act as liaison to HCA ITG and Field Operations leadership, and external clients to align business strategies as necessary.
-
Serve as the primary escalation point for staff, leadership, vendors and clients, resolving conflicts involving scheduling, resources and/or technical issues.
-
Collaboratively work with Implementation Delivery, Staffing Services, clients, and vendors to resource projects and meet deadlines.
-
Continuously assess and seek to improve customer satisfaction levels.

Drive support of contingent labor guidelines for the HCA Expanse program with Talent Delivery & Staffing Services at CereCore.
- Understand client roadmaps and provide clients with updates and information enabling them to make necessary decisions; provide staffing solutions that facilitate client needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationship with HCA Professional Service and MEDITECH Professional Service leadership to support strategic planning and practice alignment.

Evaluate current and emerging tools and technologies and where applicable, make purchasing recommendations and decision.

Meet demands of sales opportunities providing resources and services.

Work with the leadership team to carry out the vision, mission and goals of CereCore.

Partner with Implementation Delivery to manage project targets; manage P&L targets and tracking monthly financial projections.

Assess situations, formalize options and provide recommendations.

Management Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
