Job Description:
CitiMed is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven, and Self-motivating Business Development Associate. Your primary responsibility is to identify and pursue new business opportunities for CitiMed by creating new relationships and maintaining existing ones. The Associate will also collaborate with CitiMed leadership on growth initiatives and act on data to focus on markets and clients.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare or workers' compensation/No fault industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a group or independent setting. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required for this position. Reporting to the CEO of CitiMed, this position will be a key associate in the success of CitiMed’s future.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones that align with CitiMed’s goals and strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including attorneys, paralegals, and any other beneficial relationships on behalf of CitiMed.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance CitiMed’s brand awareness and reinforce the Company’s initiatives.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote CitiMed’s services.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention within CitiMed’s initiatives.
- Staying up to date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
What the Candidate will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, management, or healthcare administration
· 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or workers compensation/No Fault industry.
· Excellent communication skills: ability to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
· Extremely organized and able to work independently
· Critical thinker that possesses strong problem solving, project management and self-regulation skills.
· Attention to details, very organized, and ability to adjust priorities based on business needs.
Hourly Rate/ Salary is depending on experience.
