MAXX Property Management is one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Arizona, Utah, and Western Idaho. We are looking for a driven, motivated individual to fill the Community Associate Property Manager role onsite in El Mirage, AZ. This person is key in achieving our goal of creating a personalized and exceptional experience for all our current and potential residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be the face of the development and be onsite at the community
2. Coordinate and conduct showings for prospective residents
3. Manage the move-in and move-out process
4. Be responsive to all resident inquiries via phone, email, and text message
5. Assist management with all other duties, as needed 6. Assist in any on-site maintenance-related issues and respond to all work orders.
*Prefered licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona
Experience and Skills
1. 1+ years’ experience in property management
2. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
3. Experience with AppFolio a plus
4. Self-starter, motivated, autonomous
5. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
6. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
7. Driven to provide excellent customer service
8. Positive and open minded
