Job Summary
The Staffing Coordinator responsibilities include assisting and identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising/promoting job openings online and assisting with the full cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, as well as communicating with internal account teams. The Staffing Coordinator should work well independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing applicants to build candidate pipelines through social media, networking, etc.
- Utilize various recruiting methods to interest talent for all levels of employees.
- Represent and promote organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Assist with scheduling interviews for Sr. Recruiter.
- Data entry of applicant files and start initial communication with potential candidates through ATS.
- Manage ATS projects to improve recruitment workflow.
- Confirm staffing request details and working hours to ensure accurate employee compensation is communicated.
- Logistics - arrange and communicate travel - flights, transportation, lodging, and schedule details to staff.
- Perform job cost tracking for events, manage costs and budget.
- Reconcile credit card charges using an on-line tool.
- Payroll approvals of staff hours and reimbursements.
- Be available to monitor and support programs after hours and on weekends, as needed.
- Prioritize and handle multiple advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and support other assigned functions as needed.

Education and Experience
- B.S./B.A. in human resources or business administration, or related experience.
- 1-3 years of HR and/or recruiting experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Prior experience with ATS systems preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
