Maintenance and Office Runner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance & Office Runner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide assistance to our maintenance manager while also managing various office errands and tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to multitask effectively with a base knowledge of general maintenance. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance team with various tasks including repairs, installations, and general upkeep of the facility.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and addressing minor plumbing or electrical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office space, including common areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; report shortages and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle office errands such as picking up and delivering mail, packages, supplies, and other items as requested.
- Run errands related to office operations, including purchasing office supplies, basic filing and organization, and making trips to local vendors.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, equipment, and supplies for meetings, events, or office events.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to office operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and completed tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a maintenance or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday
