We are currently seeking a detail oriented & self-motivated Administrative Assistant for our Albany Office. Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Answer phone calls, emails, and voice mails pleasantly and expediently
Place various orders regarding samples, displays, and display updates – Track placement for sales team and management
Support product manager for specific product categories/vendors.
Update specials and inventory on a weekly basis
Create Flyers and Sell Sheets in order to email/fax to customers
Conduct display audits
Update pricelists timely and accurately
New sku set up- facilitates all information to data entry for set up.
Process returns as necessary
Run and compile reports using Radar, Dancik, Excel, Adobe reader for internal and external customers
Requirements
Microsoft office: Excel, Word & Power Point
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate to all different levels of employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
