Woodcreek Provider Services is excited to announce an Allergy Asthma RN Team Lead position! A key requirement of this position is possession of an Asthma Educator Certification. This requirement must be met within 1 year of employment. Don’t have your Asthma Educator Certification or have been unsure about taking the exam? Not a problem! Woodcreek will pay the testing fee for the first attempt.
This position is 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) with negotiable scheduled hours. The position will be located primarily out of our Sunrise clinic, with occasional visits to our Bonney Lake location.
Hiring Range: $37.60 - $48.42 per hour; Pay Range $37.60 – $59.25 per hour

About the Position
The Registered Nurse demonstrates the Woodcreek core values of integrity, respect, commitment, trust, and self-sacrifice in their everyday duties as a member of the healthcare team. The Registered Nurse assists in the examination and treatment of patients (e.g., interviewing patients, providing direct patient care, and recording information in the electronic medical record) following the protocols, policies, and procedures for Woodcreek and within the nursing scope of the Registered Nurse licensure for Washington State. Registered Nurses will be scheduled to maximize their abilities and scope of practice. The Team Lead provides immediate, on-site leadership to carry out daily patient care operations. The Team Lead plans, organizes, staffs, and directs patient care, while functioning within the standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization.
