Job Position Title: Bartender ~ Shift Supervisor

Exhibition Hub Holdings, LLC is a curator, producer and distributor of large exhibitions across the world, from Brazil to China. We deliver edutainment experiences, focusing on digital art immersive experiences including the works of Van Gogh, Monet, Klimt and Banksy. We have produced more than 70 exhibitions across the world and have reached more than 6 million visitors.
The Bartender Shift Supervisor will be responsible for providing a first-class experience for our visitors with exceptional customer service. Reports directly to the General Manager. Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by working with the General Manager and managing staff to welcome and attend to guests, safely, and respectfully. We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and successful inside sales experience. Includes weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
It is inevitable that over time the emphasis of this job may well change without altering the general character of the role or the level of duties and responsibilities entailed. This information will be periodically reviewed, revised, and updated in consultation with the post- holder to reflect appropriate changes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the exhibit at key points including bar/cafe, box office, VR, and retail
- Handle cash with accuracy and consistency
- Follow all procedures for promotional activities
- Standing and/or walking for much of the time/ length of assigned shift/ ability to lift up to 50pounds alone
- Answer visitor queries and/or complaints
- Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service
- Represent Exhibition Hub publicly and the venue in a prepared and professional manner
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality
- Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably requested to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Hold staff accountable for their responsibilities and expectations.
- Assist in trouble shooting various exhibit equipment
- Assist in load in/load out tasks
- Assist in inventory audit tasks
- Assist in outdoor and indoor parking-related tasks.
- Bartending
Education and/or Work Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Inside sales experience required
- Prefer minimum of 1yrs management experience
- Manage cash accurately
- Knowledgeable of safety compliance
- Venue, leisure, or retail experience in a role of responsibility
Skills & Abilities:
- Charismatic and detail-oriented
- Exceptional organizational skills
- The ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Must possess above average communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and understand exhibit content to be able to answer general guest queries
- Be available to work flexible hours on nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
