Lorusso Heavy Equipment, LLC (LHE) is a full-service dealer of Mecalac construction equipment, continually recognized for their extensive product knowledge and commitment to customer relationships. We continue to grow and serve the (fill in market) providing construction solutions since 1945.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call Fleet Managers, Operations Directors, and Owners.
- Perform equipment demonstrations and give presentations to decision making teams.
- Nurture incoming leads through to closure.
- Work closely and collaborate with internal operations staff.
- Keep records of all sales activities and prepare monthly reports for sales meetings.

Territory and Targets
- Geographic territory will cover Essex County, Northern Middlesex County, Northern Worcester County, and part of Southern New Hampshire.
- Targets include Landscapers, Septic Companies, Utility Contractors, and General Contractors.
Experience
You must have experience cold calling, visiting job sites and offices, performing equipment demonstrations to company owners and high-level decision makers as well as operators and end users.
If you are proficient at closing deals that have long sales cycles and may involve multiple decision makers and you enjoy the challenge of gathering new business while maintaining relationships with current clients – we would love to meet with you.

Compensation is base salary plus commission with no cap
