Property Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property leasing, maintenance, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties including leasing, maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations
- Conduct property showings, negotiate lease agreements, and handle lease renewals
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property leasing procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and ability to oversee repair projects
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate lease agreements
