Job Summary:
A successful Vista Title & Escrow receptionist will manage front desk operations with an appropriate balance of warmth and professionalism. He or she will greet guests and will determine appropriate connections to accommodate the needs of our visitors accordingly. Our receptionist will also provide general administrative and clerical support to staff.

Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system

Present a professional, warm, energetic demeanor to client, staff, and community that call in and/or visit in-person

Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages, messages, etc. to relevant party

Maintain reception area, lobby, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and other common areas with cleanliness and order

Manage general office supply orders, including beverage bar for guests and staff
-
Provide other assistance to staff as needed

Other duties as assigned
Compensation Package

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least two years related experience required
