CATERING DELIVERY COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Catering Delivery Cooridnator is part of the Customer Service Team and works to maintain and raise the standard of service for the Gourmondo Co brand and assists in providing exceptional and attentive service to our client base.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (Essential Functions):
Client Relations
· Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
· Oversee phone and email inquiries including requests for quotes and orders, order adjustments and cancellations, client feedback, and account and billing issues
· Monitor online ordering system to review and confirm client orders
· Using menu expertise to guide clients as they finalize their orders
· Resolving client concerns and questions quickly before, during, and after catering delivery
· Troubleshoot active delivery issues to provide proactive client communication
· Provide administrative support to kitchen and operations, as needed
· Confirm and enter client inquires over the phone
· Cultivating long-term client retention

Minimum qualifications
· 1 year experience providing customer service
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in foodservice/catering recommended
· Microsoft Suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Knowledge of Business Central a plus, but not required
· Please note this position is not remote
