Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as a Lease Administrator in the Atlanta, Dallas, or Nashville markets!
Your Job:
- Monitor ETA’s through distribution portals for delivery dates to MKE warehouse or customer
- Attend bi-weekly call with Xerox Team
- Attend bi-weekly call for inventory updates with Xerox/Ingram
- Monitor Shippers Edge to watch equipment being delivered by riggers
- Work with Diane G at Xerox on Agent MIF (CSA, Buyouts, Removals, Escalations)
- Setting up new customer account records and correct existing accounts as needed
- Processing sales orders and creating service contracts
- Verifying and updating funding certificates and lease documents.
- Processing contract terminations
- Using financial software to review and correct contract billing records with a high level of attention to details
- Processing monthly sales commissions
- Attending weekly Ops meetings
- Working with a 3rd party leasing company to implement, maintain and terminate leases
- Manage internal billing systems
- Completing other duties as assigned by the National Billing Manager
You Bring to Novatech:
- Previous contract or billing experience
- Previous industry experience is preferred
- E-Automate experience
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated customer service and dependable customer-focus
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work closely with teammates to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high volume call queue
