Job Description:
We are seeking a well-qualified individual to assume the role of Marketing Administrative Assistant. This role will assist Marketing Department and Senior Management in all office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines on-time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling Marketing Data Analytics
- Managing CRM
- Data entry
- Assisting Business Development
- Coordinate and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling, organizing, and managing a complicated and shifting schedule
- Managing relationship with existing clients and public sector personnel management
- Provide support to other company executives and officers, as required
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
- Filing documents
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing role
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
- Experience in a similar or related field to engineering, architecture, consulting, construction, design
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities
