Scope of Position

Reporting to the Parking Manager, the Overnight Valet Attendant will work closely with other members of the parking staff and will have steady interaction with guests.
Schedule Requirements
This is a part time position. Schedule will vary; weekends and evenings will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them out of their vehicles.
- Direct guests to their destination.
- Take guest keys and provide them with a ticket to identify vehicle.
- Record and report vehicle damage on valet ticket.
- Drive vehicle and park in Garage, following established garage regulations.
- Familiarity with parking technology to properly record valet activity.
- Retrieve vehicle upon guest’s departure and return keys.
- Manage key storage system.
- Assist customers at exit and entrance gates.
- Perform tire changes, battery starts, clean windshields etc.
- Assist customers at Garage entry/exit lanes.
- Operate company vehicles (vans, golf carts).
- Responsible for practicing, managing, and promoting our Mission and Values so that it becomes an intricate part of the everyday operation.
- Completes any duties or projects assigned by the Management.
Required Job Knowledge and Skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time without interruption.
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards

- Good communication skills
Experience:
- Excellent driving record
- Previous valet experience preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent required.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
Language Skills:
- Fluency of the English language is required (read, write, speak)
- Must be able to listen to, read and/or write instructions, memos, short correspondences, and messages.
