China Airlines is seeking Customer Service Agent at our Los Angeles call center near LAX airport.
Position available is full time, there will be a 3 month probation evaluation period
Job function include answer phone call to assist with flight reservations, assist passenger with travel related questions.
High school diploma or better, bilingual is a plus (Mandarin Chinese is preferred)
Work hour is 40 hour/week, may have to work weekend and holidays.
