We are creating a Drink Hub with a vision that Joyful MouthZ create Joyful MemorieZ which is only possible to deliver only if we have a Team which has people who are Collaborative, Excellent Communicators, Team Players and most importantly of all in our case Guest Oriented.
All of us strive everyday to deliver a WOW Guest Experience which is 2nd to none on the Block while creating beverages which satisfy the palates creating a memory which craves to come back again and again.
We are a Drink Hub which attempts to create beverages and food which are eye soothing, mouth drooling and craveable. Qualifications:
- A Team Player who enjoys to interacting with People to create a rapport which will encourage them to come back.
- You should be a Collaborator and a Support to help the team WIN.
- Creating a WOW Guest Experience which they can brag about receiving to everyone known.
- You should always be a student willing to learn, adapt and deliver as our industry is ever evolving with newer and greater recipes.
- You should possess excellent communication skills, while keeping cool and calm in a fast-paced high energy work environment.
- Can handle a guest transaction from taking the orders, ringing it up, making and delivering it to our Guests.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, night and/or holidays.
- As a part of guest experience cleanliness is very important for us to ensure that our team is maintaining their respective stations in a clean and orderly manner.
- Meet and Follow our Standard Operating Policies which include providing beverages and food products, cash or credit cards handling and store safety and security.
- Engage with and understand our customers including discovering and responding to customers’ needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Ability to learn, understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Ability to create relationships as part of working together as a team and have great interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift or move up to 50lbs and stand on feet for the whole shift while twisting, bending and turning to perform job responsibilities.
Pay :
Upto $15.00 + tips per hour based on experience.
Expected Hours :
25-40hours per week
