DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business and providing a world class candidate experience
- Coordinates all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, Teams and Dial- in details
- Develops and provides an interview agenda in a professional manner to all parties
- Maintains a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant tracking
- Ensures an open line of communication with the Executive Recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Executive Recruiter and Hiring teams
- Fields questions and scheduling requests, which includes maintaining an open line of communication with the Executive recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled
- Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc duties
- Other duties as assigned or requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
- A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tooling preferred, e.g. Workday ATS.
- Autonomous and highly organized with an incredible attention to detail and extremely professional written/verbal communication skills;
- Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process;
- Independent, organized, and creative with a keen sense for "five star service" and a high touch experience;
- Calm under pressure with positive, "can do" attitude
