part time job hours 10am-3pm
(depending on clients work hours and locations)
ESPANOL REQUIRED/ Spanish / bi-lingual speaking required
NOTE: Must have reliable transportation, license and clean driving record

Pay:
job coach /17.50 without experience 18.00 with experience per hour
Bonuses: After probational Period (90 days)

Employment Specialist/ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation standards as set forth by internal and external policies
- Providing transportation for interns
- Provide service coordination to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining sustainable employment.
- 1-1 individualized support
- work site assistance
- Develop and update Individualized Employment Plans for enrolled participants.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and ensure timely updates on client participation and progress.
- assistance with personal centered services
- Provide field-based and onsite employment-related case management services in the areas of, but not limited to community integration, employment linkage, procurement of benefits and all other services needed to assist clients in reaching their Individualized service plan goals.
- Provide job readiness skills training such as resume development, interviewing skills and job search techniques.
- Provide career counseling and job coaching, arrange interviews with employers and work one-on-one with clients on job retention.
- Provide assistance with vocational/educational needs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective employers, including outreach and attendance to hiring events.
- Coordinate recruitments with employers.
- Maintain documentation standards as set forth by internal and external policies.
- Develop policies and procedures for consumers to access employment services.

Education, knowledge, skills and abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills including ability to set goals, provide timely performance feedback.
- Knowledge of and experience with providing culturally competent services.
- Passion, determination and commitment to Prototypes’ mission.
- Self-motivated, dependable, creative and proactive approach to work; understands the importance of working independently and within a team environment.

Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
