Overview:
Buchholz Landscaping Company is looking to hire a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. As an Office Assistant, you will assist the Owner and Office Manager with projects and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our office.
Duties:
- Perform administrative and office support
- Maintain job files up to date
- Handle requests for information and data
- Assisting with clerical tasks as they arise
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Utilizing computerized systems for various office tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bilingual is a huge plus- Spanish
