Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Conduct data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries or issues
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and assignments
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as an office assistant, clerk, or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
