Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, community health, health and wellness, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience working in non-profit organizations preferred
- Experience working with youth and leading youth programming
- Strong communication skills with people of all ages
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with arms and hands. Employee must be able to talk, hear, taste, smell, and see (both near and far). Employee will occasionally be required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
