We are hiring for a Full Time Intake Coordinator to assist with back office operations. Previous home health and/or medical office experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Assist with answering phones and queries from patients and referral sources
- Obtaining pertinent paperwork from referral sources
- Assist with intake, orders being sent and received, scheduling
- Other backstage responsibilities to help ensure efficient operations
- Close coordination with directors of clinical operations to ensure smooth back office (back stage) operations and collections

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
