Growing recycling company seeks full-time Senior Dispatcher / Customer Service / Account Coordinator to manage and maintain customer records and driver route activity. Candidates should be ambitious, reliable and able to multi-task.
We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our company and act as a point of contact between our customers, drivers and employees. Responsibilities include supporting dispatch office operations, answering and scheduling customer service requests and closing driver routes from the prior day and ensuring all data is entered accurately and prepared for billing. You will also be responsible for setting up new customers in our system. Additionally, you may be cross-trained in billing, inside sales, landfill balance management, dispatching and in other areas to cover team members as needed. To be successful in this role you should have excellent organizational customer service skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and handle difficult situations. Ultimately, you will be providing administrative support to the dispatch, sales and billing staff and ensuring the daily procedures are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
· Superior Dispatching Skills
· Manage incoming customer calls and service requests, entering data into the system in real-time
· Create dispatch work orders for incoming service calls, schedule as necessary
· Respond to all messages left overnight and manage customer voicemails and emails throughout the day
· Set up new customer accounts including entering billing information, service locations and equipment types. Charge customer deposits, provide credit applications and request credit limits on customer’s behalf, follow up with internal departments as needed to ensure customer’s experience is smooth and seamless.
· Proactively communicate with customers in danger of service suspension to collect payment and make sure they do not suffer service interruptions when they fall behind. Note all communications in the customer file and communicate with the dispatch, accounting and sales team as needed with any status updates.
· Assist with some accounting, dispatching and sales functions including billing, filing, invoice assembly and organization, collections, inside sales, scheduling, maintenance, landfill balance management, inventory management.
· Other duties as assigned

· Industry Knowledge recommended but not required
· Computer Skills a must
· Teamwork ethic
· Related experience in customer service, dispatching, account management, inside sales a plus
· Bilingual a plus
