Duties:
- Develop and write curriculum materials for various educational programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content
- Design and create engaging and interactive learning materials using Adobe Captivate or similar software
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development
- Present and communicate curriculum plans and updates to stakeholders, including instructors and administrators
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to enhance curriculum materials with multimedia elements
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of curriculum materials through feedback and data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in curriculum development, preferably in adult education or corporate training settings
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise instructional materials
- Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
