Director of Patient Experience

Many of our patients have been through years of pain before they came to us. Along with good professional care, they are looking for a friend to help guide them through their healing.
Apex Spine + Sport: Chiropractic & Acupuncture is waiting for you to come shine in your own way as our Receptionist & Director of Patient Experience.
The role:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Taking payments
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Typing emails and other correspondence
- Maintaining patient records and respecting confidentiality
- Involvement in marketing and public relations projects
- Providing general reception and office support (basic computer and word processing skills are essential)
- Maintaining office presentation, general cleaning duties
- On-going training will be provided, with opportunities to attend fully-paid seminars locally and interstate
- We require a 2 year commitment in order to be considered
Preferred Requirements:
- Has great telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Great computer skills (Superb social media skills are a major bonus)
- Is proactive, organized, reliable and consistent in their work
- A desire to be challenged to learn new skills and grow into roles as needed
- Put the secret code “47” at the top of your resume, thanks
- Is health conscious, active and outgoing
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in a similar health care support role would be favorable but not essential (P.S. our previous successful hire didn’t have a health industry/reception background)
Hours & Address:
This position is for Monday - Thursday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm.
Full Practice Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
