HRBP to their HR team. The ideal candidate has strong HR Generalist experience and well versed in employee relations, policy creation, hiring manager training, and holds an HR Certification. The position is direct hire, and looking for someone to start asap.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist
- Strong Employee Relations experience (professional services experience)
- Policy creation (full cycle)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong preference for someone from Professional Services
- HR Certification
- DEIB experience
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
