Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service while actively identifying and promoting upsell opportunities for our car care services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and a flair for promoting and upselling services.
Front Desk Operations:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient coordination of service appointments.
-Intake and Delivery of Vehicles.
-Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our car care services.
-Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Upsells and Promotion:
-Proactively identify upsell opportunities for additional car care services.
-Educate customers on the benefits and features of our premium services.
-Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to recommend relevant upsells.
-Track and report upsell success rates.
Customer Experience:
-Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers
-Collect and maintain customer feedback to enhance service quality.
-Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
