Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Client Services to analyze data processing matters to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems and system administration issues. Duties include: design, create and manage largescale data structures, data pipelines, and efficient Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) workflows to organize, collect and standardize data, as well as to generate insights and address reporting needs; interpret large data results from multiple systems, simplify complex cross-system needs, and lead team to successful outcomes; communicate effectively across teams on benefit-related projects on global initiatives to drive standardization on processes and requirements gathering; work closely with IT to understand complex applications and data scenarios and provide requirements to simplify and enhance applications; interpret and explain Benefits programs, processes, and system standards and functionality to internal and external partners; write ETL processes, design database systems and develop tools for real-time and offline analytic processing as well as analyze configuration of assigned deliverables and provide automation solutions for the adjudication and PBM domain. Will be required to craft and deliver existing and future state diagrams and requirements to development teams for automation processes, and reconcile data across systems; work closely with various business areas to define functionality needs, and collaborate with technical teams on the delivery of functionality; perform end-to-end testing across various systems to ensure successful outcomes for the delivery of products, services, and solutions; analyze existing systems and processes in order to successfully migrate data from one system to another with no impact to end users and external clients; provide informative, actionable and consistent reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement; and provide timely status updates to leadership. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following: Tableau visualization tool; traditional database management systems including DB2; SQL programming; providing domain support for healthcare or retail organization; pharmacy benefit system automation and implementation; and QA testing and data management for pharmacy benefit management (PBM) applications. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
