At AIS, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations across two facilities—an 8,000 square foot warehouse in California and an 11,000 square foot warehouse in North Las Vegas. You'll be at the helm of a dedicated team of about 9-12 employees, driving efficiency and innovation in our logistics and warehouse operations.

Major Goals:*
- Plan and coordinate a variety of logistics functions including deliveries and pickups, labor needs, and installs
- Ensure all KPIs within the Logistics Department are met
- Manage, develop, and mentor assigned direct reports

Job Functions: *The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is a critical member of our core logistics team responsible for exemplifying our culture, planning, and coordinating a variety of requests, and assisting the logistics & warehouse team.

Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:*
- Plan, direct, and coordinate inbound/outbound freight deliveries and pickups
- Maintain warehouse inventory control
- Perform purchasing functions based upon forecast and demand
- Oversees the schedules and directs customer supplies and parts deliveries
- Manages the logistics of new equipment and deliveries to customer sites
- Plan labor needs, space utilization and resources to ensure cost effective and efficient operations
- Manages the control of inventory within the warehouse by coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory and cycle counting
- Collaborates and coordinates activities between AIS departments to provide seamless and efficient logistics support to field operations
- Ensure all KPIs within Logistics are met including days on hand (DOH)
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes to reduce costs
- Monitors parts and supply workflows and initiates Purchasing directly with assigned suppliers
- Carry out essential leadership responsibilities such as managing, developing, and mentoring assigned team members
- Meet weekly or monthly to discuss performance and development
- Initiates New Policies and Procedures
- Working with Project Manager in Automating processes
- Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
- FedEx/Katun/Copy Carriers/Kyocera/Xerox/HP
- Ensures that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Ensures all operations adhere to laws and OSHA safety compliance guidelines
- Schedule and run weekly meetings with other department heads
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, or related field
- Experience with E-Automate, Docuware, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
- Experience with delivery route dispatching
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the business technology solutions industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make decisions
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
