DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensures duties assigned by Post-Harvest Manager are executed and maintained.
Is responsible for maintaining Quality Control standards as set forth by the company. Is an active participant in improvements to Quality Control methods offering feedback and identifying areas requiring improvement.
Maintains and participates in organizational improvements of all post-harvest batches, ie curing plants and bulk finished product.
Assists in all post-harvest functions, such as harvest, bucking, trimming, quality control, packaging, and order fulfillment.
Maintain sanitary conditions in the post-harvest area.
Effectively communicates with Post-Harvest Lead to ensure efficient and compliant movements of products through the post-harvest process.
Operates equipment required for Sanitization protocols.
Immediately reports mechanical failures in the Trim and Cure to the Post-Harvest Manager.
Works with packaging team as needed to ensure timely packaging of orders.
Assists in maintenance and supply of non-cannabis inventory.
Participates with Inventory Department in audits and maintaining a logical and well-arranged inventory in order to efficiently perform audits.
Any additional duties as deemed necessary by management.
SALARY: $15 - $17 Per Hour Plus Bonus OHSA General 30 hour course certificate a plus, but not required at time of hire.
